Why Even Start a Blog?

Reasons To Start a Blog:

  • Too much information in the world

  • Can be treated like a journal/diary

  • Why the fuck not?!?!

Too much information in the world

There is too much information in the world to be stuck inside my own bubble. I am as introverted as they come, and love being alone more than almost anything else in the world. Blogging is one of the easiest ways to open up a discussion, share information, spread awareness, and even entertain. Creating a blog is an open invitation for others to comment, give feedback, or discuss any topic I have brought up. This allows me to constantly learn and try to obtain as much information from the world as I can.

Can be treated like a journal/diary

Even if absolutely nobody sees, reads, or interacts with any of my blogs, at the end of the day, these can be just for me. Sometimes it is good to just put your thoughts onto paper and express what you’re thinking or how you feel. It does not always just solve everything, but some healthy decompression can go a long way. Moving into the digital age and opening myself up to the world, I have become absolutely OBSESSED with content creation. It has begun to make me more comfortable with sharing the real me to the rest of the world. I may not be perfect, but I truly believe that my compassion and authenticity can change the world!

Why the fuck not?!?!

This is the most important part. People put too many limitations on themselves. “I’m not good enough” or “It’s not for me” is all just bullshit. If you told me 5 years ago that I would be working for a concert venue and an online gambling company while being able to smoke legal marijuana, I would call you crazy. Nobody knows where life is going to take you, and it is important to fight for what you believe in even if you are in the minority. I am nowhere near my end goal in life, but being woken up to the idea that limitations are self-imposed is a game changer. I have the freedom to start and operate my own blog, and that is what I feel like doing at this moment in my life, so I am going to do just that. Applying this mentality to other aspects of life is where the power comes. No one can stop you from achieving your goals other than you!
