Draft Day: A New Beginning
I’ll be honest, I wanted Justin Fields to be our Quarterback for at least one more year. I get it, the risk is too great as opposed to drafting a rookie and allowing him a 4 year rookie contract to grow and develop. But Justin Fields is going to have a decent career once he finds his home. With that being said, we move on. It is officially draft day and Caleb Williams is about to officially be our new QB1.
There has already been some hate towards Caleb Williams simply over a color:
Some may say that having a pink phone case is “sus” and proves that Caleb Williams can not be a leader in the locker room. I couldn’t agree more, what a weird choice of a phone case…
But in all seriousness, I can’t wait for this guy to be our QB. He has proven early on that he just wants to do 2 things: win and have fun.
